Talendは12月25日、ビッグデータインテグレーションを実現するソリューションパッケージ製品「Talend Platform for Big Data」が、IBM InfoSphere BigInsightsおよびIBM PureData System for Hadoopの認定を取得したと発表した。

「Talend Platform for Big Data」は、ビッグデータの統合と整備のためのツールを組み合わせたソリューションパッケージ。ビッグデータプラットフォーム内の大量データのロードと処理を高速化する。

今回、認定を取得したIBM PureData System for Hadoopは、Apache Hadoop環境の構築・運用に特化した垂直統合型システム。Hadoopベースの基盤ソフトウェアIBM InfoSphere BigInsightsを採用しており、多様なソースからの大量データを、そのままの形式で保存し、分析、モデリングすることができる。

Talendの製品は、「Talend Enterprise Data Integration」「TalendEnterprise Big Data」「Talend Enterprise ESB」の製品があり、同社では、これらをベースとして、今回認定を受けた「Talend Platform for Big Data」「TalendPlatform for Data Management」「Talend Platform for Data Services」「Talend Platform for Master Data Management」「Talend Platform for Enteprise Integration」の5種類のソリューションパッケージ製品としても提供するとしている。
