サイバーフロントは、2009年3月の発売予定となっていた『グランド・セフト・オートIV PC版【完全日本語版】』の発売予定日を2009年3月20日(金)に決定した。

本作は発表当初、2009年2月27日の発売予定とされていたが、諸事情により延期。その後、2009年3月の発売予定となっていた。
